We are looking for a Reservations & Sales Coordinator to join our Locke Sales and Reservations Team based in London.
This role will support the proactive cluster sales team in identifying leads and supporting client relationships whilst providing an excellent reservation service to customers and bookers.
In an (overly simplistic) nutshell you will:
- Work collaboratively with sales colleagues to deliver property sales targets
- Monitor and report on sales leads to the sales cluster to convert
- Provide administrative support to the sales cluster to set up new clients & manage rate loading
- Manage and own groups at property, administration of them, operational handover, payment and follow up. (working with central accounts department where required)
